I was the owner/director of Bright Beginnings Learning Center in Sparta, NJ for 17 years. I trained the staff, substituted in the classrooms, developed the outstanding copyrighted curriculum, had a great rapport with parents, organized school and community events and more. I love the students and knew each of the 120 students very well. I focused on their strengths to overcome any weaknesses. The motto was "where fun and learning go hand-in-hand." The school was also NAEYC accredited and had an excellent reputation in Sussex County.

I enjoy learning through fun. I enjoy games, dancing, singing, nature walks, building with blocks, creativity, baking, laughing and being positive.

I had another business called Educational Healing. In that business, I helped children and adults with neurological issues such as ADHD, ADD, Pervasive Development Disorder, Dyslexia, stress, anxiety, depression, feelings of suicide, etc. I helped the children easily mainstream into our classroom environment where the other students embraced their brilliance.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Honestly, I have never been a nanny although I babysat many times. My favorite times are the hugs, smiles, high fives and joy these children exhibited. Children are like a sponge absorbing everything around them. It is up to the adults in their care to make it a rewarding and enriching experience so new neuronal pathways blossom.
