I’ve learned with him as it has made me more aware in how he process things a little different and just understanding him more. I’ve become very patient and understand to his needs.
My favorite nanny moment…I unintentionally taught one of my previous family child how to speak Spanish. The child would only want to interact with everybody in Spanish.
