My favorite nanny moment is a time when as I was leaving for the day, my 1-year old that I have been taking care of for over a year now ran over to hug me before I left: I was standing right next to his mother and thought he was running to her, but instead he ran arms wide open to hug me goodbye. I knew in that moment that we were truly bonded.
