The main role of a great nanny is to provide a safe, caring, nurturing and stimulating environment in which the children thrive and develop.

Over the past 10 years I have had the privilege of working with many different children. I have experience from ages 2 weeks old to 12 years old. I have also cared for twins and children with special needs. I consider myself a creative individual. I would say my specialty would be in creative crafts and drawing, but not limited to only that. I also like spending nice days playing outside with children. Creating fun new games that challenge them physically as well as tapping into their imaginations is something I like to do on a regular basis. I believe the relationship between parents and nanny is extremely important. Trust and strong communication is a must. I have found it helpful to keep a journal logging meals, naps, diaper changes, and important milestones that happen throughout the day for parents to reference and review.
