More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
- I did volunteer work for kids as a part of a group I created back home called Junior Casa Workers (JCW) where we took out kids in CPS or foster care and did activities with them. I started this when I was 15 up until I moved here for college at 18. Kids ages were 3-17
- I worked as an Open Gym Coach at my old cheer gym from age 13-17 and worked with kids 6-10
- I babysat my neighbors kids when I was 17 for almost a year, they had 4 kids 3 girls and one boy and their ages were 4, 6, and two 9 year old.
- I worked as a party host at a place called Shenanigans for 6 months while I was 17 and stopped working there when I was moving here for college. I worked with age groups from 4 to 18 years old. It was my job to keep them entertained.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is patience. Some days the kids will have an off day and its important to remember that at one point I was that age too and try to come up with a compromise that works for me and for the child.
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked with special needs kids in the past, including autism, and nonverbal. I am up for any challenge and if your child does have a form of special needs I will treat them as I do all the other kids and be a friend for them :)
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was when I was babysitting 2 twin boys who were super into the Olympics and we set up an Olympics day for the kids were we did multiple activities inside and outside and it involved a history lesson as we learned about the sports we were trying out, the origin of said sports, and the very first Olympics.

I’m a hardworking, caring, and determined person with a passion for working with children. I’m currently studying psychology and hope to become a BCBA, with a special interest in autism.
I’m currently working with a family, but their children are now in school full-time, so they only need occasional childcare. I’m now looking for a position with more consistent hours.
Patience is one of my strongest qualities. I’m calm, responsible, and understanding, and I genuinely enjoy caring for children and becoming part of a family’s life. If I had to choose one word to describe myself, it would be determined. I always work hard toward my goals and try to grow a little every day.
