"Victoria (we call her Miss Vic!) is so wonderful with our baby girl. She is caring and creative. Takes her and our dog on walks to the park. Vic is responsible and keeps up with our schedule of feedings and naps. As a first-time mom going back to work, she has been invaluable to me!"

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I served as a Youth Assistant to my violin teacher. This involved guiding and helping to teach children ages 3-12 how to play the violin and viola. That mentorship role was important to me because I myself went through the same program, and recall being a child who looked up to the older teenagers whose spots I would later fill.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love creating fun, engaging activities tailored to each child’s age and interests. With older children, we’ve enjoyed sports, hide-and-seek, reading and writing stories, building forts, baking, dancing, and many arts and crafts.
With younger children, I gravitate toward hands-on, sensory and imaginative play such as sensory bins, solo-cup building, balloon games, DIY alphabet books, “car wash” stations, and stuffed-animal rescues. I also prioritize outdoor time—park visits, walks, scooter or bike rides, and library outings are regular favorites.
Having had roles frequently in Venice, I also enjoy incorporating beach time, beginner skateboarding lessons (when appropriate), exploring the neighborhood, and making everyday environments part of learning and fun. I’m very creative, adaptable, and truly a kid at heart—I genuinely enjoy playdough, bubbles, magnet tiles, Legos, and finding new ways to turn simple materials (like couch cushions!) into something exciting.

The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe the most important part about being a nanny is having solid values of patience, clear communication, and compassion. Staying grounded in a balance between being gentle yet firm is key. These are all attributes necessary for positively working with children, and through my experience I have always strived to have integrity, be reliable, and embody love to my fullest capacity so I can be the best caretaker possible. I am firm on my commitment to nurturing potential- and the most beautiful thing about youth is that vast potential.
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience caring for neurodivergent children, including supporting emotional regulation, sensory needs, and individualized routines. While I do not have formal clinical training, I’m patient, observant, adaptable, and comfortable collaborating with parents to follow established strategies and preferences.
The most important part about being a nanny...
It is truly impossible to pick just one- or even ten favorite moments! I love celebrating developmental milestones with children and their parents, and as they grow so quickly this happens often.
I also can't resist crocheting blankets, clothes, or stuffed animals for all my nanny kids, and always enjoy gifting them :)

Babysitter Available in Lebanon, PA: Kedma J.
Hi, I’m Kedma! I’m 19 years old, almost 20. I’m currently in EMT school and taking prerequisites for nursing school. I’m a caring, patient, responsible, and dependable person who enjoys spending time with children. I love helping kids learn, playing with them, keeping them entertained, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I’m also comfortable helping with simple meals, homework, bedtime routines, and keeping things clean and organized.
Outside of school, I love listening to jazz, watching 90s movies, and spending time with my family and friends. I used to crochet, and I’d love to get back into it someday. I’m excited to meet new families and hopefully become someone they can trust and rely on to care for their children. ❤️
