The most important part about being a nanny is Patient. Patient is one of the most important skills a nanny should have. definitely communication most children don't know how to communicate when they want or need something so it's important to listen. another most important is loving the children as if it's your own children, they are babies and they are innocent little human that just want your attention accepting them is all they want.
My experience with special needs children...
I don't have much experience with special needs children my nephew is autistic all I can say is that I know how to be patient with them and be loving to them as I will do any other children.
The most important part about being a nanny...
when I allow the children to put whip cream on me as my beard during the holidays oh' boy they got a kick out of that, when they got home, they were trying to do the same to their parents, so many nanny moments but this was one of my favorites the laugh in their voice was so funny.
