I think the most important part of being a nanny is building a trusting relationship with children so they feel safe, supported, and free to be themselves. When kids feel cared for, they can really explore, learn, and grow. I love being someone they can count on while also making their days fun and positive.

My experience with special needs children...

My experience with special needs is limited, but I have had the opportunity to work with children on the autism spectrum. I focus on being patient, understanding each child’s individual needs, and creating a safe, calm, and supportive environment where they feel comfortable.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite moments as a nanny was when I cared for a child for the first time and saw how quickly we were able to build a connection. Watching them become comfortable and feel safe with me was very special. We spent time watching movies, playing, and going to the playground, and it reminded me how much I love building meaningful relationships with the children I care for.
