The most important part about being a nanny...
Aside from keeping your child safe and fed, I know that being anywhere between the ages of 0-14 you’re being hardwired for the rest of your life. I know the experiences the kids have with me may impact them long term, that’s why as a nanny it’s the most important to me that I try to understand each kid as an individual. They’re just as human as I am.

I have worked with three different children with ASD (ages 4, 8, and 9) each presented their own challenges but I was able to see progress in their ability to express needs. I created a safe environment for them to grow intellectually, emotionally, and physically at their own pace.
