A little bit about me

I have always loved working with children! I worked at a summer camp for 5 years, where i had experience taking care as well as entertaining and befriending children from
Ages 7-14. I connected the best with the older children, but enjoyed hanging out with the younger kids as well. I have also babysat younger kids, some as young as 4. Im verg organized and clean, and i am a good cook and able to work around any allergies or dietary restrictions with ease as i have some of my own. I love helping kids with their school work and teaching them new things. I also am creative and musical and adventurous and can easily come up fun activities to do with the kids. I have leadership skills and am good at being stern to kids while still maintaining a gentle and comforting tone, in directing kids to do their chores, their homework, be nice to their sibling, etc. I’m very experienced in childcare and entertainment!

I have successfully taken care of kids with various places on the spectrum of autism, as a camp counselor. But would require some training or more learning to feel more comfortable. I am also familiar with chronic conditions such as migraines, allergies, mental illness, etc.
