A little bit about us

Tiana is our crazy girl! She is very independent, incredibly intelligent and has her own ideas about how things should go! She’s 4 and a half years old, completely obsessed with babies and children younger than her, and loves Bluey and Daniel Tiger. She’s very tall and very strong for her age, and we suspect she might be autistic, which just makes caring for her a little different. We would really like someone who is Queer/LGBTQ+ Friendly and is comfortable with responsive parenting and a non-traditional approach to parenting. We would need Tiana to be watched elsewhere right now (we could bring her/pick her back up) as our house is currently under renovations and not suitable for hosting a sitter. We are really looking for someone with a flexible schedule as life has become a bit chaotic (especially due to the home renovations) and our own schedule is usually up in the air. We would love to talk to someone who has experience with the LetGrow method or FreeRange kids or a willingness to learn!

We are looking for an experienced, long-term nanny for my 15-month-old daughter in Cumming. Our daughter is a very chill and easy baby. Our previous nanny always told us how lucky we got and how easy she is to care for. She is very independent and loves people. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping all related to the care of the child (i. e. baby laundry, cleaning toys, play area, etc.). We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, does not smoke, and who is CPR certified or willing to get certified. We do have a friendly medium size dog so would need to be comfortable with pets. Position is for 40-45hrs/week around 8am-4 p.m. or 830am-430p.m with some flexibility with parent's schedule shifts. Mother works from home full-time and dad is in office most days. Looking for an immediate start date. We are targeting anywhere $17-18/hr with room for growth. We also offer paid holidays, PTO, sick time, vacation pay, sick pay, etc.
