Looking for someone dependable and really compassionate about kids. I have 3 energetic boys Aubrey, Coty and Cali. I Need someone ok with light housework, laundry and running errands from time to time. Primary care will be for Cali he’s a high functioning cerebral palsy kid. He can’t walk, but can talk and understand things very well. He does require diaper changes daily. Cali is in therapy will need transportation to and from therapy on Tuesday& thur 12:00-3pm. My other son is 10 he’s homeschooled and super independent doesn’t require much. So primary care would be for Cali. My 5 yr old is in school so he won’t be home much. Tiana is our crazy girl! She is very independent, incredibly intelligent and has her own ideas about how things should go! She’s 4 and a half years old, completely obsessed with babies and children younger than her, and loves Bluey and Daniel Tiger. She’s very tall and very strong for her age, and we suspect she might be autistic, which just makes caring for her a little different. We would really like someone who is Queer/LGBTQ+ Friendly and is comfortable with responsive parenting and a non-traditional approach to parenting. We would need Tiana to be watched elsewhere right now (we could bring her/pick her back up) as our house is currently under renovations and not suitable for hosting a sitter. We are really looking for someone with a flexible schedule as life has become a bit chaotic (especially due to the home renovations) and our own schedule is usually up in the air. We would love to talk to someone who has experience with the LetGrow method or FreeRange kids or a willingness to learn!

We are new parents to our sweet, silly boy, Logan. He is 1 1/2 and will be 2 in October. He was born with a rare genetic disorder (SCA29) that causes developmental delays in gross motor, fine motor, and speech. His disorder largely effects coordination so he needs more support physically than a typical toddler. (Currently he is not able to get in/out of sitting on his own, isn’t crawling on all fours, and is not walking yet, and is unable to feed himself) He is able to scoot/army crawl and cognitively is on track. He has quite the sense of humor and is a very happy boy! Logan is currently in therapy 3 days a week getting services in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech therapy. Because his disorder is non degenerative (it will not get worse, but can improve over time) therapy and completing his exercises are really important to us. We would need someone that would be able to take him to therapy, be engaged during his therapy, and continue his exercises/ following the therapist recommendations throughout your days caring for Logan.
Even with the challenges Logan faces, he is probably the happiest little boy I have ever seen. He is silly and always looking to make you laugh, give you a fist bump, sing a song, or cheer for himself after doing something on his own.
Ideally it would be great if we could have someone watch Logan at their house since my husband works from home and we have a hyper Rottweiler, but we can have him cared for at our home if it is necessary (you would just need to be patient with dogs and not afraid of them).
We are looking for someone that will be dedicated to Logan and his needs, has a car and is able to take him to and from therapy, can prepare and feed him breakfast, lunch and a snack, and is willing to continue his exercises/recommendations of play/care communicated from his therapist. :)

We're looking to fill 3 weekdays per week (15–20 hours/week, TBD) plus the occasional weekend shift here and there. We already have an amazing sitter two days a week, so we're looking for someone to round out the rest of our schedule. Hours would mostly be early afternoon into evening with occasional morning hours with the toddler if I have meetings or appointments.
We have 3 kiddos (almost 7, 5, and 2), so you should be comfortable caring for all three when needed. That said, many days you'll only have one or two kids while I take the other(s) to activities or appointments. My husband and I both work from home, so we're often around, but we need someone who's confident taking the lead, keeping the kids engaged, and jumping in wherever help is needed.
We're hoping to find someone who is up for anything with the kids, arts & crafts, library trips, playgrounds, walks, activities, etc.—and who's happy to pitch in with the day-to-day "reset" that keeps a busy household running smoothly. That might include tidying the house & kids' rooms, folding laundry, prepping simple meals/snacks, unloading dishwasher, grocery runs or errands, and generally helping wherever needed.
A clean driving record is required, as you'll occasionally use one of our vehicles for pickups or activities.
Experience with ADHD and/or neurodivergent children is a huge plus.
