16m old. Meals and snacks would already be prepared/provided. Must be ok with dogs (friendly). Daughter loves to read, play outside and is fairly independent. Wants someone who nurtures independence and loosely follows Montessori approach. Looking for either a 2/3 days for 5 hours a day or 5 days a week for 3 hours. Time/days is negotiable. Daughter normally naps between 1-3. So either before or after that.
