A little bit about us

Our family will be growing in 2022 and we're looking for a nanny to help care for our baby girl and her toddler brother. Our son will start daycare in 2022, but we're not sure of the date or if he will be going part-time or full-time.

We’re looking for someone who would enjoy a long-term position and become part of our family in Dunn Loring/ Vienna, VA. We currently have an Au Pair until April but would welcome a nanny to begin anytime in 2022, and then take the place of our Au Pair once she completes her year.

We'd love for this to be a live-in position, but if not we ask that you live within 30 minutes from us.

The ideal candidate should be able to help feed, change diapers, and engage with developmental activities. The schedule is full-time with flexibility but mostly looking for someone to be available when we’re working. Both parents work from home.

Responsibilities
 Organize creative and developmentally appropriate activities
 Prepare meals and feed them (including bottle-feeding)
 Change diapers
 Schedule nap times
 Tidy up play areas and nursery
 Ensure safety during indoors and outdoors activities
 Perform housekeeping tasks as needed
 Work with parents to ensure baby’s growth and social development

Requirements
 Previous experience as a Nanny or Babysitter
 Excellent understanding of child development in different age stages
 Ability to come up with creative ideas to educate and engage baby
 Multitasking skills
 A pleasant and patient personality
 A clean driving license
 First aid and CPR certification is a plus
 Light housekeeping needed

Budget: $350/week

Benefits: Paid flex time off (10 days to be used as vacation)
