She guided our son in crawling and walking (and now running!), got him onto a consistent nap schedule on her very first day, and has helped turn him into a champion eater during the transition from liquids to solids.
Our co-family in the share have a 14 month old who loves to play and explore. We are all hardworking and driven individuals who value a similar approach to parenting our children - one that fosters independence, discovery and play, and providing a safe, clean home for the share. Parting ways is bittersweet for us, as we have truly loved our nanny and our co-family in the share.
