I’m a content director for a research marketing firm (M-F, 8:30am-5pm). My son is 14 months, and loves other kids. We are currently in an at-home daycare, and it would be perfect, but all the bouts of sickness is having us explore other options. So, we would love to have a nanny share so our son could have a friend, but wouldn’t be sick as often.

The child would need to be cared for and then transported to school (which is 7 to 10 minutes from our home) by 7:45 a.m. Afterwards you would be free until the child needs to be picked up from school at 2:30 p.m. You would then need to care for the child from 2:30p.m. to roughly 5: 30 p.m. As a result you must have your own vehicle and a spotless driving record. The job requires at minimum 45 hours per month with the possibility of additional pay for caring for the child during sick days or one time events. In addition, we will only work with nannies who are comfortable using a payroll system so taxes can be deducted.
