Our daughter is a grown-up 2 year old, and we will be welcoming a newborn shortly as well. The family will be moving to Japan this fall to reunite, after the dad leaves homeport late spring.
Ideally, we would ask a nanny work 3-4 days a week, more towards the evening to assist with bedtime.
