Part-Time Nanny Job: The Ramsey Family with 1 Child
Hi! We're Coral and Taylor, an East Nashville family with a baby girl born at the end of July. We're looking for one other family to share a full-time nanny starting Jan 4.
The setup we have in mind:
- Full-time, Mon-Fri, roughly 8am-4pm but flexible
- Babies close in age, so naps and feeding schedules line up
- Happy to host at our home, and flexible if you'd rather alternate homes or host yourselves
- Wage depends on if doing a share or solo
Both of us work in software and work from home, and we each have a dedicated workspace, so the nanny runs the day with parents nearby but not in the way.
Operationally, each family would be an employer, and we'd use a payroll service. Everything will be documented before day one: guaranteed hours, paid time off after an initial period, sick-day rules, and exit clauses for either family. We'd like a short call, then a meetup with the kids, before anyone commits.
We follow a loose routine around naps and feeds, incorporating plenty of tummy time, books, and outdoor walks, and no screens at this age. Group chat for day-to-day updates plus a monthly check-in.

She's an only child who's very independent but requires a lot of attention. My goal is to mold her into being well rounded. She needs balance between playtime-sports-and academics. (Less use of electronics, more books!)

An ideal candidate will be fun and energetic, structured and organized; be able to assist with homework and other extra curricular activities; and also be able to cook and clean daily, and do laundry when necessary.
May also be responsible for pick-ups and/or errands, and other social projects - given adequate notice and the situation. (Ex: helping me find a way to organize the play space/area in my home).

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Jaramillo Family with 1 Child
We are looking for a nanny to care for our child once I am done with Maternity leave. I work from home, so I will be present but am unable to care for my child while working. Schedule would be M-F 8:30-4:30pm. We are open to nanny share, and ask that our nanny has a drivers license and is up to date on vaccinations. We do have two cats.
