Both, my husband and I are entrepreneurs so our schedules are flexible and vary (though, I prefer and thrive on schedules). We have three beautiful children, ages 7mon-3yo. Most consistent need is during business hours, M-F. Would love someone who is God-fearing, has experience with developmental learning, outgoing, family-oriented.
