A little bit about us

We are looking for a reliable and openhearted nanny to take care of our energetic and curious 4-year-old son after pre-school for two afternoons per week (preferably Tuesday and Thursday). We moved to the US three months ago from Europe. So we would prefer an English native speaker, as our son loves to talk and is still learning to speak English, and enjoys discovering all the exciting things this new country has to offer. Our son is very active and loves to be outside in all weather. He loves to move and learn new things. He also has a vast imagination and enjoys being creative. For us, a respectful and appreciative relationship with our son is crucial. Rather than imposing strict rules, we want him to learn how to take responsibility, even if this takes some discussing and negotiating. We try to limit his screen time to a minimum.
