We have a bright and active 29 month old daughter that needs an afternoon nanny to pick her up from school, do activities with her in the afternoon, feed her and thoughtfully occupy her.

We are looking for a caring, experienced nanny to support our family as we welcome our newborn baby girl. We would love to find someone who is warm, attentive, and experienced with newborn care to help create a nurturing and engaging environment for our daughter.
Our baby is healthy and doing well, with her first round of vaccinations scheduled for the third week of May. We are hoping to establish a gentle daily routine that includes feeding, naps, developmental engagement, and longer outdoor walks, as we value fresh air and time outside. We are looking for someone who can follow our baby’s cues while encouraging learning and growth in age-appropriate ways.
A little about our family:
• Dad works outside the home.
• Mom works from home in the gaming industry and plans to breastfeed throughout the day when possible. We are happy to coordinate a feeding plan together with the nanny.
• We are an easy-going family but place a strong emphasis on hygiene and cleanliness to help keep our little one healthy.
• We also have a very small Yorkie (about 3 lbs) who primarily stays with Mom.

My neighbor and I are looking to share a nanny. At the time of this writing, I have a 13 month old boy and she has a 7 month old boy. Both the boys have a similar chill vibe.
I need Mon - Thurs
She needs Mon, Tues, Thursday.
(we are working on specific hours, but it would be a full day)
She would like to use her house as the primary care site, but since we live so close, my home can be an alternate location for a change of scenery too! (and on Wednesdays when it is just my son.)
We both want the boys to be outside a lot.
We would love to work with someone who can help the boys with the skillsets they should be learning for their ages. Naming things, encouraging sign language, reading books, using utensils, etc.

We are seeking a warm and experienced nanny who can start caring for our 8 month old son, Henry. Right now, our primary aim is to find an individual who can help us bridge the period before he starts daycare. However, if we find the perfect match, we're open to reconsider our daycare plans and potentially continue with full-time nanny care and/or increase weekly working hours.
We want someone with experience in infant care and someone who can engage Henry during his wake windows with educational and growth-friendly activities. As Henry has a cheerful personality – he's always happy, social, and giggling – we hope to find somebody who can foster that with care, love, and fun!
We're a pet-loving family with two dogs, one of which is large and somewhat anxious, though friendly with our baby. Therefore, we'd need the nanny to be comfortable around our dogs as well. Our preferred nanny should be CPR certified, non-smoking, and fully vaccinated.
The general work schedule would involve ~30 hours per week. We would need help every weekday, but can adjust hours up or down to accommodate what the nanny is looking for (Friday negotiable).

We need someone to watch him on days I have class or clinicals, or when I'm coming off a night shift and Christian has to work that day. My school schedule changes each quarter (approximately every 12 weeks), so we need someone with some flexibility in their schedule.
He has a library card, and our local library has storytime M-F. We have memberships to the Botanical Gardens, Denver Museum of Nature and Science, the Children's Museum, and the Butterfly Pavilion. There are plenty of parks nearby, and during the summer there are 7 community pools we have access to, and he loves swimming!
We do some ASL signing, so familiarity with signing or willingness to learn would be great!

10 days PTO, 5 sick days, and federal holidays. Three days a week will be at share rate (hoping for $15-17/hr/family) and one day a week at individual rate (hoping for $20-25/hr). Would like the candidate to be full vaccinated and Covid boosted as well as be able to drive the kids to the library or classes.
