A little bit about us

Our daughter Imogen is 17 months months old. We are new to the area having moved here from DC in January 2022. Imogen is a walker, she's teething but still happy, starting to talk a little bit, and she has a great sense of humor. She's brave and she loves the playground. We are looking for someone to watch Imogen 1 - 3 days a week between 8 AM - 12 PM. As a pandemic baby, we really want her to socialize with other kids, which is the primary goal of joining a nanny share. We have a mini Montessori wooden gym and a medium-sized backyard with a swing and a slide. My husband and I both work from home, but can accommodate play and will be around in case of an emergency. We have a friendly dog who can stay in a separate room if there are children in the house. We can handle drop-off and pick-up, and there are no expectations regarding pet care. Please let me know if there is anything else you would like to know about me! Thanks, Jenny

Hello single Colorado mom with a 6 year old boy my son just came back from Louisiana with his dad it’s been kinda hard for me I have been doing Grubhub for now I was working for Amazon but he isn’t in school yet and I’m currently expecting another baby so I can’t work Amazon any longer he is in school they let out at 230 in the meantime hoping to find a baby sitter for him for after school so I can find a job that I can work a full 8 or 9 hours through the week and would hope to get one weekend or more if possible for
Leisure my son is very respectable he can read very well he is polite and has manners he enjoys video games and watching anime and cartoons he is also into coloring drawing etc he just hates boredom lol he is so lovable and sweet! If I would have been able to work from home it would be a lot easier for me. I can pay 150 a week until I can get a job so that I can pay more he is not a challenge he is just very curious and ask lots of questions. I’m located in Denver CO willing to drive to Aurora, Lakewood, or anything with a 10 mile radius of Denver.

A little bit about us

Hello my name is Liz and my daughters name is Caliana , Cali for short she is 2 years old and my son Cyrus is eight. I am looking for someone part-time for an overnight the hours will typically be Sunday from 5 PM to 3 AM and Monday from 8 PM to 3 AM. It’s a pretty laid-back situation driving back-and-forth to the grandparents is getting over whelming and I know the kids want to be able to lay in their in bed . One night consist of meal prep light cleaning to pick up after the kiddos and getting them ready for bed. The other night is pretty much getting them ready for bed and finishing up a movie or game then off to bed with some light picking up . I also have a lab normally I would take her out before I leave to work, but if anything she may just need to go out in the front to use the bathroom one more time and that’s it. She’s very sweet very calm.

A little bit about us

Navy family needing support for stay at home mom while husband works or travels. Two sweet girls, active toddler. We love outdoor time and play! My oldest just turned 4 and my youngest is 6 months.

Sitter must be comfortable with dogs, we have two that are "all bark".

I will need help juggling childcare such as feeding, cleaning, diapering, napping, bathing. I'll either need the nanny here to do it all so I can have a break or a nap or walk dogs, or run errands. Or, at times I might be here while nanny is with kids so I can work or cook uninterrupted. Looking for a great fit for our young family. ♡

A little bit about us

Hello! We’re looking forward to welcoming a caring and experienced nanny to join us this summer.
Our main focus is caring for our sweet baby girl, who will be just over two months old in June. We also have a fun-loving 6-year-old, who will be busy at summer camps for most of the day, so your primary attention will be with the baby.
We’re hoping to find someone who feels confident supporting a newborn’s daily routine, including feedings, naps, and age-appropriate developmental activities, all within a calm and nurturing environment. We value open communication and want our nanny to feel comfortable, respected, and truly part of our team.
Our home is in Denver, in a friendly, family-oriented neighborhood, and we share it with our gentle and lovable 7-year-old Cavapoo.
We’re looking for help from June 8th through July 24th, ideally around 8am–4pm, with some flexibility. We’re happy to collaborate on a schedule that works well for everyone. The pay range is $25–35/hour, depending on experience.
For health and safety, we ask that caregivers are up to date on standard vaccinations (MMR, T-DAP), and we prefer flu and COVID vaccinations if the position extends into the fall.
If you’d also be open to occasional house and dog sitting while we travel, that would be a wonderful bonus, but not required.
If you’re nurturing, reliable, and love working with infants, we’d love to connect!

A little bit about us

Seeking career nanny/manager for growing family. Start date flexible for right fit between May - September.

2yr old son, happy and loves to laugh. Currently into trains, plants, “helping” cook, reading, singing, loves playgrounds and nature walks. He attends Montessori school for 3hrs/day Aug - May (no school June and July). Drop off and/or pick up required.

Baby (gender surprise) due in July. Caring for baby will likely start in September/October after our son is in school.

Full Time Option: Mon-Thurs roughly every other Friday. Part Time Option: 2-3 days a week. 730am-3:30pm or 8am-4pm. Flexible on schedule/hours but will offer guaranteed hours.

Nanny duties + household laundry 2x/week, unloading dishwasher, occasional light meal prep. We are hoping for a long term nanny that can embrace a changing role as the children grow and schedules evolve. For example, more household management when son is in school and if baby is on solid 2-3 hr naps (eg 2026), or as baby starts to attend school. Less household management for example in the summers.

W-2 via payroll service only. $30 for one child (through Sept/Oct). $33 for two children (beginning Sept/Oct).

Benefits: 10 days (80 hrs) PTO/year and 6 paid sick days for the full time role (~5 days/40 hrs PTO and 3 paid sick days for the part time role) + holidays. Potential to decrease base pay and add pre-tax retirement account contributions if interested.

Family: I work from home office most days, and will take ~3 months of leave with newborn. Dad works outside of home. We like to hike, ski, scuba dive, host brunch.

Observatory Park near DU. Large, 5000 sqft house with dedicated play room, walkable to 2 playgrounds.

Memberships: Zoo, Botanic Gardens, History of Colorado Museum, Colorado Railway Museum, DMNS.

What should I expect in a nanny job interview?

A typical nanny interview process begins with a phone or video call, followed by an in-person interview if the family believes you could be a good fit. During the interview, you can expect questions about your experience, skills, nanny duties you've performed in the past, and how you handle various situations related to child care. Families in Denver may also ask about your willingness to participate in local activities. If you progress past this stage, the family will likely request background checks before offering you the position.

In Denver, it could also include unique aspects like arrangements for ski trips or other common Colorado activities.

The nanny salary can vary depending on factors like the number of children, their ages, the nanny's experience level, and the specific duties required. For example, a nanny job in Denver might pay differently than a similar job in another part of Colorado. To get an idea of what you could earn, check out our nanny salary guide specific to Denver.

When it comes to handling payroll, nannies are considered household employees, not independent contractors. Therefore, the family hiring you is responsible for withholding Social Security and Medicare taxes from your wages, and potentially state taxes. Our nanny payroll service can help families navigate these requirements.
