A little bit about us

We are looking for a full time nanny share for our daughter in late October/November. She will be about 5 months old at that point. We currently both work from home and are happy to host or split the week, ideally with one other infant/young toddler. We have two dogs, so both nanny and the other family will have to be dog friendly. Hours are somewhat flexible, but roughly 8:30-5 if we host. Thanks!

Mom works from home & works noon - 9 PM M-F & Dad has a very nontraditional working schedule that rotates between nights & days with odd days &hours. We can provide a calendar 2-3 months in advance. There will be light work weeks with as few as 10 hours needed & heavy work weeks where we will need 40 hours. We want someone long-term who is comfortable with us reporting taxes on their income. Background check, references & driving check. Two easy girls, 4.5 and 1.5. Mom will work from home most of the time allowing her to be around to help the sitter & children & occasionally will work outside of the home. We do not want someone who will sit the children in front of a TV or give them a phone to play with. I am happy to host and am also open to splitting hosting so long as the other family is within a 10 minute drive! My husband and I both work from home, so we are also open to a nanny who wants to work from 9-1 and 4-630 and have the middle of the day off to run errands/while baby is napping! If we are hosting we would like someone who is open to doing baby laundry/baby related housekeeping. If you want to make a family dinner a night or two- we won't complain!
