2. Knowledge of infant care practices, including feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques.
3. CPR and first aid certification for infants and children (preferred).
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience, flexibility, and a nurturing demeanor.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Respect for the family's privacy and cultural values.
8. Reliable transportation to and from the job location, including occasional weekend shifts.

Everyone falls in love with Junie - her daycare teachers say she runs the show and is the “boss baby.” She’s silly, is very active and focused, and loves to eat.
We live in Clinton Hill near the Pratt campus and each work from home 2/days a week (4/days a week total). We work in our bedroom with the door closed, so you wouldn’t see much of us except for a couple pop-ins to the kitchen.
Our ideal nanny has at least 2 years of experience, is toddler CPR-certified, and is willing to play with Junie inside our apartment as well as take her to the park or other activities with kids her age. We imagine that the nanny would work 9-5 or 6 and either come to our apartment or we would rotate apartments if we share a nanny with another family.
