Part-Time Nanny Job: The Bernstein Family with 2 Children
Family Assistant / Nanny-House Manager — San Francisco
We're a busy SF family in Noe Valley with two sweet and curious kids (2nd grade and TK) looking for a warm, organized, and reliable family assistant to join our household. This is a hybrid role — part nanny, part house manager — and the right person will be equally comfortable helping with homework and handling a grocery run.
Spanish fluency is required. Our kids speak Spanish and all interaction with them should be in Spanish. Native-level fluency only, please.
Schedule: ~20 hours/week base, roughly 4:30–8:30pm weekdays. Flexibility to stay late as needed and occasional weekend hours and eventually occasional overnights.
Responsibilities:
Kids (primary — all in Spanish):
• School pickup between 5-6pm
• Afterschool activities, homework help, and imaginative and art play
• Prepare lunch and dinner for the kids
• Bathtime and bedtime routine (kids in bed by 8pm)
Household (~5 hrs/week):
• Laundry
• Grocery shopping
• Light organization and household errands
Bonus — more hours available if you love to cook:
• Preparing family meals would be a big plus and could expand your hours
What we're looking for:
• Native Spanish speaker — this is a firm requirement
• Experience with school-age children
• Warm, patient, and great with kids
• Organized and proactive
• Must have a reliable car
• Non-smoker
• Legal to work in the US
Compensation: $30–35/hr DOE

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Purohit Family with 1 Child
Full-Time Nanny Job: The Shafer Family with 1 Child
Looking for a family to join a nanny share with my cheerful 6 month old and our wonderful nanny, Paola, in the Dogpatch neighborhood in San Francisco. Paola's nanny share rate is $22 per child per hour.
Paola is with us 40-45 hours per week starting at 8:30 am Monday through Friday. In addition to the loving care of my daughter, Paola is responsible for dishes, laundry, and cooking relevant to the child's care. She is experienced in bottle feeding with pumped breastmilk and baby-led-weaning. In fact, she helped my daughter overcome bottle resistance! She is experienced in supporting childhood development, and she enjoys taking my daughter to parks and library story time. Paola is a good communicator. She is flexible, reliable, energetic, cheerful, and my daughter adores her.
I would prefer to host the nanny share at my home, but I am open to negotiating that.
Please reach out if you want to discuss more!
