We are a South Boston family with two girls, ages 18 months and 3.5 years, looking for an experienced nanny and child-focused family assistant. We both have demanding jobs, and we need someone proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of the girls' routines.
Your mornings include breakfast, getting everyone dressed and ready, packing bags, preschool drop-off for our older daughter, and activities with our youngest. Afternoons include pickup, naps, playtime, and dinner. Between those responsibilities, you'll manage the girls' laundry, rooms, bags, clothing, and supplies. Household support is light and entirely related to the girls.
We are respectful, direct communicators who set clear expectations and then trust you to own the role. We want you to notice what needs attention and to feel comfortable speaking up when a routine could work better.
Schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM; Thursday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM; Fridays off
We offer: $33–$40/hour based on experience · 38 guaranteed hours · vehicle provided for work use · two weeks of paid vacation · 10 paid holidays · three paid personal/sick days · health insurance stipend · annual compensation review · legal payroll and written work agreement

We also have two friendly cats, but no pet care is required. Our start date is flexible for the right person, including time to give proper notice.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The El-Yashruti Family with 1 Child
We’re looking for a caring, dependable nanny for our wonderful 5-month- old daughter. She’s a true joy— curious, happy, snuggly, and easy-going (except when the fomo kicks in at nap time!). We’re hoping to find someone for a long-term position (ideally until she starts preschool) for 15–20 guaranteed hours per week on a consistent schedule. The specific days and hours are somewhat flexible (preferably a mix of morning/afternoon spread across 4 or 5 days M-F); the exact schedule will be determined with the right candidate.
