She needs reading, narrative play, age appropriate activities, and lots of floor time to explore-- encouraging her development. She enjoys going on walks in the stroller, and we're in a neighborhood with plenty of sidewalks.
Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities.
Most weeks will be Tues - Friday, but some Mondays are an option, to get to a full 40 hours a week, if that's important for you. I also have an occasional work trip once a quarter, so some flexibility on start times for that one week would be appreciated. We will be using Poppins Payroll and our Nanny will be a W2 employee.
