Live out Nanny: Summer 2007- Summer 2009. When I first started with this family they had a 4-year-old girl. Then they added a sweet baby boy to their family. I cared for both children while their parents were at work. I loved caring for these children and quickly loved this family like they were my own! As their nanny I was responsible for getting Emma ready for school, taking her to school, picking her up, and getting her to other activities. While Emma was at school I cared for baby Grant and would occasionally do things around the house like run the dish washer, vacuum, or cook dinner if the mom had to work late. (However, I was not required to do those things) In the summers I had both of the kids all day. Emma and I enjoyed playing dress up, doing hair, baking, playing the piano, swimming, riding bikes, reading, playing school, working on cheerleading, tumbling, and more. Grant enjoyed watching Emma play, looking at books, learning colors and animals, playing ball, laughing at everything his big sister did and coming along on our adventures. I was also responsible for activities, meals and their overall well-being! I stopped nannying for them when my husband and I moved to Marietta, GA so he could attend Chiropractic College.
Babysitting: I have been babysitting since I was 15 years old. I have 3 nieces and 4 nephews from ages 1 month to 12 years old and I am very close with all of them. So I have had a lot of experience babysitting over the years.
Coach: Summer 2007- present. I currently coach. As a coach I have held a CPR and First Aid Certificate. However, they are both currently expired but I will be renewing them for the upcoming season. I will renew them both between late July and early August.
Instructor: I have taught to kids ages 2-18 and I love working with all ages!
County: Last year I worked and loved it! If I do not find a nannying job I will be back next year when my schedule allows it.
I am currently finishing my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and will graduate in December. I sat down with my adviser and planned out my last two quarters and my classes are going to be Monday-Thursday 5:30-7:50 p.m. So my school schedule would not conflict with any day time nannying.
