She’s 4 and a half years old, completely obsessed with babies and children younger than her, and loves Bluey and Daniel Tiger. She’s very tall and very strong for her age, and we suspect she might be autistic, which just makes caring for her a little different. We would really like someone who is Queer/LGBTQ+ Friendly and is comfortable with responsive parenting and a non-traditional approach to parenting. We would need Tiana to be watched elsewhere right now (we could bring her/pick her back up) as our house is currently under renovations and not suitable for hosting a sitter. We are really looking for someone with a flexible schedule as life has become a bit chaotic (especially due to the home renovations) and our own schedule is usually up in the air. We would love to talk to someone who has experience with the LetGrow method or FreeRange kids or a willingness to learn!
