Military family seeking a nanny for our loving 16 month old daughter.

Maleigha is a beautiful and BRIGHT little girl. She is very happy, easy going, and very independent. We often tease that she has been here before. She knows what she is doing. She is so incredibly intelligent. She is beyond loving and caring! She spends most of her time being outdoors and loves taking care of her stuff animals and baby dolls. She also enjoys reading, coloring, learning, dancing, singing, and laughing.

25-32 hours per week
M-TH(timeframe will be discussed upon hire).

Only expectations are to provide quality care and love to our daughter and our home. This includes attending to our daughters needs, cleaning up after yourself, and occasionally caring for our small 12 year old dog, who enjoys cuddles and sleep.

Due to the military lifestyle some weeks will be shorter and some weeks might consist of additional hours. Parents will always keep nanny in the loop regarding scheduling.

THE CHILDREN
We have four children: a 6-month-old, a 2-year-old, a 6-year-old, and an 8-year-old.

You will be primarily responsible for the infant and toddler, while providing supervision and support to the older two as they work through their morning responsibilities. My husband works from home and is on the property if backup is ever needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Infant care (babywearing, bottle feeding, baby-led weaning foods — always supervised)
- Toddler care and engagement
- Supervising older children through morning routines
- Light kitchen help (dishes, tidying after breakfast)
- Occasional grocery pickup from Sam's Club or Walmart on your way in
- Airbnb turnover help on select days (compensated separately)
- Possible light homestead projects such as organizing the garage or office, or helping with outdoor builds
- Occasional outings to our cabin property approximately 50 minutes from Colorado Springs

OUR HOME
We have a relaxed but structured morning routine. The kids care for backyard chickens and rabbits, tidy their rooms, and work toward goals. We prefer outdoor play, reading, coloring, and bike rides over screen time, though TV in moderation is fine. It's an active, nature-oriented household.

COMPENSATION

Small household purchases under $20 are reimbursed.

I’m looking for reliable, consistent care for my 6 month baby girl- I have had to change my “care needs” to reflect my head coaching job;
Summer season is starting this week and Days in need are:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
With care from 11-230 on Monday and Wednesday and 12-330 Friday.
For the months of June and July.
With need for occasional date night sitter (this care would then include my 2y.o son)
My husband gets off of work at around 2 o’clock. It takes him about 25 minutes to get home so you would be responsible for their care until he gets home.
I was also looking for somebody who could occasionally care for the kids so me and my husband could find hobbies that we could do together regularly
We have a total of three children and 11y.o
Our son who is 2y.o ( but attends another school) and then our youngest, who whom I am seeking care for are currently.

We are needing a live in, full-time nanny for our 4 children. 2 go to school during the day so you would only be watching all 4 weekends and after school mostly. We are basically looking for someone to become a new member of our family. We will cover food, housing and utilities. You will have a very nice room with a walk in closet in a 3500 sq. ft. house in a nice, quiet neighborhood with your very own kitchen, fridge and bathroom in the converted walk out basement shared only by the kids so you get some privacy as well. House is located by several parks, walking trails and tons of great restaurants. Light housekeeping only, mostly just keeping the kids cleaning their own messes and helping out when they can't. Cooking skills are a plus since the children's mother is not the best cook. (don't tell her I said that) Prefer someone who likes to take all 4 of the kids on outdoor outings like park visits or visits to Skyzone to get out all their energy in a positive way. This is a long term commitment since our kids will more than likely become very attached to you. Our oldest is autistic but is verbal and higher functioning. She just needs some direction to keep her on task.

We have 2 cats and a dog so pet tolerant is a plus. The cats have an automated cat box that cleans itself and only has to be emptied and a bag replaced once every 5 days and a little bit of new cat sand added. Takes about 1 minute total. Probably the hardest chore we have around the house!
