A little bit about us

We have two children, ages 13 (boy) and 10 (girl) and an adorable golden retriever (2), and are looking for childcare and household support for our family beginning. An ideal match is someone who is experienced with grade school kids and engages with them on must do things (homework, general chores, hygiene) and their free time interests (sports, art, etc) as well as someone who exercises good judgement in line with the parents' philosophies and preferences and who can be an independent, self-starter and problem solver. Must be a safe driver with clean driving record. When kids are in school, the job extends to household management including errands, light housekeeping, healthy meal preparation. A family car is available for use on the job. Compensation is $30 per hour based on experience, with guaranteed hours, paid vacations (to coordinate with family) and holidays and sick time with all pay on the books through payroll. We are seeking 30-40 hours and flexibility is needed due to parents’ job requirements.
