I work in sales and need to be in at 8 o’clock in the morning. I live about 45 minutes away from the office. I would be done by 3:00 PM unless I have a sale working it could be later however typically it’s 8 to 3. I work in Virginia Beach off of Atlantic Avenue. I must work weekend so I would need someone to be able to care for my children on the weekends. I get two days off during the week. I have a seven year-old a 20 month old and a seven month old. My seven-year-old will be in school during the week. I would just need care for Aiden and my seven-year-old during the weekends. He is a great help with the girls too. I do have three dogs as well and if possible, our nanny could let them out throughout the day that would be amazing!

Hi Good People! My spouse and I are active duty military, with demanding schedules We have 3 sweet boys. They are 12, 7 and 5. The 7 and 5 year old have Autism. The 7 year old is non-verbal and the 5 year old is verbal with delays. Essentially we are looking for an empathetic, loving and patient nanny to get them on and off the school bus/LPR car Monday-Friday in the afternoons at our home. Hours would be 1:45-4:30. Looking for an in-home nanny for our two sons (3, 8). This is ideally a long term position. Right now we were doing between 25-30 hours a week, but for the right fit, we could bump up to 40. (Fit is most important thing for us!)
There is some flexibility in schedule as long as planned in advance- we've been doing MWF 9-5 though.
We're looking for someone upbeat and energetic who can provide fun, educational + engaging activities. Both kids love the outdoors, creative building with toys, and arts/crafts. We’d love someone who is happy to go on excursions around the neighborhood, to the park, children’s museum, library, and other fun places!
Must be comfortable around dogs!
My oldest is homeschooled - teaching lessons won’t be a requirement, but we do value experience with special needs.
My oldest son is autistic, and both kids have speech intelligibility issues (likely apraxia of speech in both). We'd love our nanny to come to speech sessions to help speed communication up. (Paid time, of course.)
Pay is negotiable - feel free to share your rates!
Our next steps are in-person interviews followed up by 1-2 paid trial days.
