This role is primarily on afternoon and evening childcare, with household and family support built into the week. You would be our main support person during working hours, helping the household run smoothly while caring for the kids and our family dog.
Schedule

Compensation

We are a warm, active family living in Sherborn. Tara and Raimar are both working parents who value structure, kindness, and a calm, organized home. Our three children (2 girls and 1 boy) are curious, energetic, and fun-loving: Sloane (9) is in 3rd grade, Sully (7) is in 1st grade, and Henley (4) attends nursery school.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a family’s daily rhythm — supporting the children with care and consistency while helping our household run smoothly. We value clear communication, reliability, and a positive, can-do attitude.
Our sweet dog, Stickers (6), completes the family and is always happy to be nearby.

Hi! We are a family in Sherborn looking for part-time help with our almost 5-month-old twin boys.
We are looking for someone to come 20 hours a week. I (mom) work from home, and Dad is a hybrid but mostly works from home. We also have a medium dog and a large fluffy cat who mostly nap throughout the day. The ideal hours we need someone to come are late morning to mid afternoon. Ideally, we can switch between early mornings and early afternoons throughout the week, but we are very flexible.
Responsibilities:
-Exclusively baby-related activities: playing, reading, feeding her a bottle or meal, and putting her down for a nap, depending on the time.
Nice to haves:
We are a bilingual home (English/Spanish- I’m Colombian) and would love someone whose first language is Spanish so they can talk to our kiddo in Spanish when caring for her.
