Both my wife and I are working professionals, I work from home full time and my wife will be heading back to work end of October. We’re looking for someone to start by end of September or early October. We also have a dog at home and need someone who is comfortable around dogs.

They should enjoy taking initiative, be able to identify developmental opportunities, plan engaging activities, communicate observations and ideas with us, and manage day-to-day childcare without needing constant direction.

Verifiable experience caring for infants (0–3 months).
Up-to-date infant CPR/First Aid certifications and vaccinations (TDAP, Flu, Covid).
Fluency in English.
Ability to drive (negotiable if living nearby; we are located in the East Foothills of San Jose).
Willingness to assist with all baby-related household tasks (e.g., bottle sterilization, baby laundry, etc.).
Experience in early childhood development
