Looking for a nanny share for our wholehearted son Caleb. We're looking for someone 5 days a week to help cover two working parents desperately needing to get back to our work schedules. We would like someone active who can coordinate activities and fun/learning, feed our child, and help continue his social and academic progress while he is out of preschool.

Looking for someone to watch our son, who just turned 2. He is an active little man who loves to walk around to block, visit the park and play with cars and trucks. I'd love someone to help with learning an create a routine with him with some learning time - colors, ABCs, shapes and potty training.

The ideal person would make his breakfast and lunch, do his laundry, and help keep the downstairs tidy. We have a dog, who sleeps all day, so being OK with her is a plus.

We have 2 distance learners at home, but they are VERY self-sufficient and don't need much.

I Am Flexible with a our schedule because I can work from when needed and my hours are also flexible For when I need to be at work. Happy to talk through what could work.

Thank you!

We are seeking childcare for our baby boy in the fall when I return to work. We would need help four days a week about 9-4. We do have a pet dog as well, so you need to be okay with pets. We hope to work with someone or nanny share with a family who is taking similar to precautions as us surrounding covid (masking in public, social distancing, frequent hand washing, not traveling out of the state at this time, not hanging out in large groups etc).

We need a mother's helper to engage the two older children while I am with the baby, or vice versa. Meal prep and toy pick-up for the two older girls. Rate will increase when I go back to work.

Meet the kids! Clark, 5, is a cerebral kindergartener with an extensive vocabulary. He's athletic and thoughtful. Hollis, 3.5, is an independent preschooler who is headstrong, physically coordinated and competitive with her older brother. Faye, 3mo, is all smiles, delightful and easy going.

We've "just" moved (Feb) from Atlanta to San Jose, and are already in love with California. We're an experienced 'Nanny-Family'. In Atlanta, we had a beloved nanny for 5 years for Clark & Hollis. It was evident when we moved that Clark & Hollis were ready for school and/or an academic environment. We're so proud and pleased that both are thriving in Kindergarten and Preschool!

I (Mom) am returning to work; thus,
am currently looking for full-time care for our sweet Faye from now until December 18th, 2018, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm (possibly until 6pm). Days with Faye consist of making her smile, ensuring a bit of rest, feeding, and diaper changes.

I (Mom) work from home for a tech company specializing in healthcare education, and am flexible and available throughout the day if needed; however, will not be interfering with your time with Faye. In the past, our ATL Nanny and I respected each other's professional boundaries & worked very well together. I'm hoping to replicate that wonderful relationship with a caring, supportive and thoughtful person here in San Jose!

Branham/ Jarvis, San Jose$15/hr  |  1 kid
Looking for another family to host a nanny share Jan 2021. Baby girl joins us early October 2020.

We've had a wonderful arrangement and nanny for the past two years for two boys about the same age. October will be the end of our current contract.

We are looking to repeat a similar arrangement with another family with an infant or who also are expecting soon or have recently had a baby so schedules can line up.

We have a plug and play situation including:
* Caring Spanish/English speaking Nanny available full-time employment 40 hrs a week
* Solid working contract with p. t. o
* Easy to use payroll company for payroll and taxes
* items that make watching over two infants/toddlers easier including: Double strollers, folding crib, baby monitors, etc.
* Desire for social interaction and socialization despite needing to limit contacts due to Covid.

We follow social distancing protocols. We have temporal thermometers.

Use Hatch app to monitor our boy to get onto a schedule, and with boys naptimes and schedules now regular and well-coordinated we think this would be a great tool for both families.

If you are willing to host and open to considering this as an option, please reach out.

My husband and I both work full time and have a dog at home. With my maternity leave ending January 2021 would like to discuss as soon as possible.

Our weekly schedule can be between 8-4 or 9-5 schedule Monday through Fridays. We are pretty laid back and appreciate good communication.

Light housekeeping includes dishes, vacuuming and cleaning up after the children during the day. Must love dogs, we have a 7 year old Golden Retriever. Mom and dad are around for the duration of the day (mom 100% and dad is home 70%) and enjoy sharing childcare and activities as work schedules permit.

My daughter Kennedy is a very happy 1 year old - who likes to explore, make friends, talk, sing/dance, and read. We encourage her to explore and like to facilitate her learning by talking to her often, letting her "help", reading, singing, and giving lots of love! We bring her to gymnastics class twice a week, which is her favorite since she is a little monkey and loves to climb / slide / be social. She would so love to have a baby friend around via a nanny share + a caregiver who has lots of love and patience / is silly / likes to talk . We do practice several Montessori principles at our house but are not rigid and really just want a happy baby who knows she is loved and can do anything she puts her mind to. Please let me know if you are interested in a nanny share, as either a family or a caregiver - we live near a beautiful and safe park / suburban area near crescent village in north san jose / near santa clara.
