Hi there! We’re looking for an experienced nanny / house manager to help support us and be a part of our little family starting in March. We have 2 kids: a 4 year old daughter and a 2 month old infant son, and one set of grandparents that live with us.

- For older daughter: pickup from TK (starting in August 2024) and dropoff as needed, laundry, tidy room and play areas, prepare meals (breakfast/snack/lunch as needed, and dinner), age appropriate activities (park, arts/crafts, etc), possible pickup/dropoff for extra curricular activities in the future
- For family: Dinner prep / cooking (while we watch kids), tidy common areas

A little bit about us…

NEED FOR 3 DAYS - TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND THURSDAY FROM 11- 3 PM. MUST HAVE A CAR - AT South San Jose Communication Hill Area, FOR A 4-YEAR-OLD TODDLER GIRL.

My name is Agradoot, a designer living in San Jose. I am looking for someone sweet, soft, and kind who can feel the kid from the heart and be a kid.

My four years old daughter Jayinee is very creative. She talks a lot and is very friendly to people. But, she needs constant attention to play or do something creative to learn new things. She can play piano and drum occasionally as per her age. So, if you know any musical instrument or can sing moderately would be great. But, most importantly, you have to be her friend.
As a nanny, what I am expecting:
a) Starting 5 hours from 11-5 PM will increase or alternate based on time.
b) Feed breakfast and play - She is not an early riser. Therefore, you can prepare breakfast without preparing breakfast. But Stubborn in eating.
c) Light housekeeping - such as Vaccum, organizing toys, arranging dresses, etc.
d) Talk and Play. Watch all the time. You can play on TV if you want. Spanish will be excellent if you know any language other than English.
e) You may need to take her to some park, library, or any location.
f) NO SMOKING, DRINKING ALCOHOL ALLOWED.
g) Must have a car and driver's license. Or the person should live close by.

If you are a good fit, text me at [phone number hidden].

A little bit about us…

Multi-cultural & blended family with two cats (Eevee & Espurr) and two kids Noah & Ruby. Currently I stay home and husband works, but I'm looking to go back to work so this will start off with low hours and could quickly change into 3 days a week from 8 a.m -3/4 p.m. I need some support while I'm doing my job search to keep Ruby's routine going and help support naps. On occasion I'll need help with drop off or pickup from my son's school. Expect some light chores mostly clean up after Ruby and food prep for meal time, help out with projects age appropriate for Ruby's developmental stage, reading (other languages is a plus), walks to park and pool. I like to loosely follow Montessori philosophy so I would like that style to be followed. We're healthy eaters because Noah is borderline type 1 diabetic so his routine and meals are pretty strict. Ideally you're a strong communicator who knows how to plan ahead, but has a gentle touch.
