Ability to help with lift housework and meal prep a bonus but not required. Both children are active and loving. Must be able to pass a background check. Car is not required but we don’t live close to public transportation so reliable ability to come and from work on time a must. No transportation responsibilities for kids; care will be centered around the home. Ample parking, plenty of green spaces and a playground within walking distance of our home. We have a very low maintenance dog, so animal lovers a plus. My husband and I both work during the day and our current nanny recently gave her notice so actively and aggressively looking for a replacement.

We are new parents to a 7 month old baby girl and in need of daytime care for her (about 8-4), as well as some light housework. We are in the process of moving, so the first two or so weeks will be out of Manassas, and after that in Alexandria.
Musts:
- Be fully vaccinated, to include the COVID vaccine and booster, and TDAP
- Be COVID conscious and safe (masks, hand washing)
- Be infant CPR certified and have a knowledge of First Aid
- Be able to drive to and from our home, as well as able to transport the baby in case of emergency
If you have children, they are more than welcome to come with you for the day, so long as they are fully vaccinated.
We have two cats that are indoor/outdoor and very friendly! We work from home most days.
We are open to paying you however you prefer, but would love to use a payroll service.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Massey Family with 4 Children
Hi! We are Sam and Courtney and we have 4 great kids under 11 years old. They're all polite, friendly kids but each with their own distinct personality. We both work full-time; Courtney works from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm every day and Sam travels about half the time -- when he's in town he generally works from 6:30am to 6:30pm. We need a nanny who can help our kids in the afternoons from 3:30pm to 8:00pm. The job will include picking up our youngest from daycare, and driving them to/from sports practices and other after school activities. Responsibilities will also include preparing dinners and helping the kids pack their lunches and get ready for the next day.
