A little bit about us

Looking for dedicated part time help for my 4 year old son and 2 year old daughter. We are in need of Friday from 10-3 and Saturdays either morning or afternoon. Additionally we would like there to be availability for date nights during the week sporadically and availability to pick up more hours upon request. My kids are super energetic and fun so need someone with a lot of energy but also experience juggling two. We would like someone to help with household activities like dishes, kids laundry, tidying toys and kids rooms. Looking for someone who shares in our Christian faith as well. We need reliability along with flexibility due to the nature of our job as realtors.

She’s 4 and a half years old, completely obsessed with babies and children younger than her, and loves Bluey and Daniel Tiger. She’s very tall and very strong for her age, and we suspect she might be autistic, which just makes caring for her a little different. We would really like someone who is Queer/LGBTQ+ Friendly and is comfortable with responsive parenting and a non-traditional approach to parenting. We would need Tiana to be watched elsewhere right now (we could bring her/pick her back up) as our house is currently under renovations and not suitable for hosting a sitter. We are really looking for someone with a flexible schedule as life has become a bit chaotic (especially due to the home renovations) and our own schedule is usually up in the air.
