Full-Time Nanny Job: The Nicole Family with 2 Children
We are a busy family on Manhattan’s Upper East Side seeking an experienced, warm, and highly organized full-time, live-out nanny for our two children (ages 2 and 5). We are looking for someone energetic, proactive, and confident managing the children’s daily routines, school schedules, activities, appointments, and playdates, as well as light household management related to the children.
The ideal candidate is loving but firm, sets consistent boundaries, encourages independence, and can take full ownership of the children’s day-to-day needs. The position is approximately 60 hours per week, 6:30-6:30 Monday–Friday, and requires partial summer travel to our home in the Finger Lakes, with accommodations provided. Swimming and driving ability and flexibility to travel are essential.

There are a few upcoming days where my wife will be starting a new job and is mostly in-office. Would need someone to occasionally spend the day with our daughter (Nadine, 4 years old). The first upcoming days would be Feb 17-18. While she works, may be helpful to have someone pick up our daughter from preschool and bring her home until one of us gets back from work (this would not be a daily need, maybe 3 times per week).
Additionally, my wife is pregnant and expecting to deliver in May. She is hoping to take around 5 months of maternity leave. Afterwards, would definitely want to explore having someone pick up both kids from daycare/kindergarten and bring them home until one of us gets home.

Looking for help with our bright, independent, toilet trained 3.5 year old son. He attends preschool from 1-4 pm during the week, so we’re looking for someone to watch him and take him to morning activities M-F from 9 am - 1 pm and in Saturdays from 12-4 pm.
No housekeeping or cooking responsibilities. Nanny need only be focused on engaging with our son (reading to him, setting up crafts, playing card/board games, etc) and keeping him safe.
