My husband Jonah and I are looking for a responsible, kind, and dependable nanny for our newborn son starting in April. We are currently requesting for part time with the option of full time as I will be working back into a full time schedule. Hours will include weekdays and weekends. Hello! We are currently a family of three with a ~2 yr old boy and newborn boy expected in the next couple of weeks! Our general schedule is 8 AM to 2:30 or 3 PM on workdays. My husband begins work at 6 AM and is home between 2:30 and 3 PM most days. My schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 -4:30 PM. We are very interested in a nanny-sharing program because we place great value in our kids being able to interact with other kids, but also have the opportunity to engage in structured play. We are seeking a nanny who is enjoys spending time with our kids and can provide some additional secondary language-building opportunities. Up until now, our son has attended both a daycare center and an in-home daycare. While we were generally happy with the care at the daycare center, we are less pleased with the in-home daycare and looking to make a move. We elected the in-home daycare because of their reputation and availability (we recently moved to the area), but as mentioned previously, we believe a nanny would better serve our son's needs. We are hopeful to find parents who value the same, or similar, qualities in a nanny as we do!
