We are seeking a nanny beginning in August 2026 to watch our now 7 month old daughter! She is a very energetic, opinionated, wiggle worm who learns quickly and loves to smile and play.
She has had some significant challenges with eating and her vision, and receives in home PT and OT once a week. Feeding her can be a fun challenge on the best days and an all out battle on the worst. We are looking for someone who can be patient, meet her where she’s at and navigate her complex and subtle cues while providing loving support.
We also live in a 1000sqft home with 2 cats and a dog, so things get a little wild. We are looking for someone who is a big animal person.

Babysitter Job: The Sant Family with 1 Child
Hello! Our names are Margi (me, mother), Konrad (father), and Christina (daughter, 1 year old).
We need childcare on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9am until 5pm. Times on Mondays and Fridays are semi-flexible, but we for sure need Wednesdays for the full day. I am solving a puzzle while getting ready for a new job to start soon, so we can chat about hours!
Konrad and I both work remotely in tech. We will be both be home, along with our french bulldog.
Our expectations are simply to create a loving environment for our daughter. We'd love for some help organizing her things, too. Meal prep is not necessary, unless you happen to enjoy it!
We are a bilingual family, so Spanish is a plus!

I'm looking for a mama's Helper/sitter. This could also be ideal for a local college student who is looking to pay cheap rent in trade of helping around the house and with my kiddo. We live very close to Mira Costa college, a large home, and plenty of space. I'm not actually single but the best way to explain my situation is to say I am a single mom with no additional outside support/family nearby. So, I need an extra set of hands, and a longer list of trusted support/sitters for all of the things that it takes to run a home, and take care of a kiddo, while working full-time with an untraditional schedule and still keeping some level of peace of mind. If not a live in situation, I'm looking for 1 to 2 days per week, even if for a few hours that will work for you to come and help. Ideal Hours/Schedule: We both work from home (part-time for one of us and full-time for the other) and we are looking for a nanny to work a consistent schedule Monday - Thursday (~8 hours, ideally starting by 8 AM and ending around 4 PM). We can be more flexible with Fridays but will at least need 4-5 hours consistently from the morning through mid-afternoon. We are open to talking through the exact schedule and hours but do want to provide our girls with consistency. Comfort with parents working from home is a must.
