A little bit about us

We are looking for a great nanny for regular care for a 4-year-old girl. We would prefer someone who is comfortable with pets, we have 2 dogs and a cat, is CPR certified, and has their own vehicle. I'm an RN who works 12 hour shifts with rotating weekends. My husband is a GS for the DOD and travels a lot for work. We have 2 other kids in the house, a 15 y/o and an 18 y/o. They're pretty independent and live their own lives. My husband and I are retirement age and starting over with kiddo due to a kinship foster situation. Our days and hours may vary so we need someone flexible. We're pretty easy going and like to go on adventures. We'd love to find someone that can become a constant in kiddos life. • Morning: Arrive at the house at a mutually agreed time and drop him off at Pre-K at 08:50 AM.

• Mid-Day to Afternoon: Pick him up from Pre-K at 12:00 PM and care for him at my home until I arrive home at 4:00 PM.

Job Details & Requirements:
• Hourly Rate: $18 - $20 per hour
• Meal Preparation: Prepare a simple lunch after school pickup
• Light Housekeeping: Wash school lunch dishes and at-home lunch dishes
• Certifications: Must be CPR and First Aid certified
• Screening: Background check, drug screening, and a DMV record check are required due to the driving requirement
• References: Please provide 2 to 3 professional childcare references
• Pets: No pets
