Full-Time Nanny Job: The Nicole Family with 2 Children
We are a busy family on Manhattan’s Upper East Side seeking an experienced, warm, and highly organized full-time, live-out nanny for our two children (ages 2 and 5). We are looking for someone energetic, proactive, and confident managing the children’s daily routines, school schedules, activities, appointments, and playdates, as well as light household management related to the children.
The ideal candidate is loving but firm, sets consistent boundaries, encourages independence, and can take full ownership of the children’s day-to-day needs. The position is approximately 60 hours per week, 6:30-6:30 Monday–Friday, and requires partial summer travel to our home in the Finger Lakes, with accommodations provided. Swimming and driving ability and flexibility to travel are essential.

Our nanny-share is sadly coming to an end on Feb. 28th (our nanny-share friends are sending their little one to day care). This means that we are looking for a new family to share our wonderful nanny with!
Our nanny is absolutely incredible, she has been taking great care of our little boy for 10 months now (since he was 4 months old) and she has a lot of experience caring for multiple children of various ages.
We are looking for a family that is interested in time-sharing our nanny 5-days a week from 8AM to 3PM. She can continue taking care of your little one until 6/6:30PM if needed. Ideally we were hoping that our new nanny-share would be with a little one around the same age as our little boy (14 months).
