My expectations are engaging activities with unstructured independent play. Responsibilities included are: reading books, singing and dancing to music, imaginative pretend play, and sensory bins.
As far as my 3 month old. I am exclusively breastfeeding. I work from home and will have a supply of breastmilk for you to bottle feed my infant until I’m off work (7am-3:30pm).
I would like you to focus on basic care, routine milestones, and age-appropriate sensory engagement. This includes managing feeds, diaper changes, and naps, as well as actively promoting physical and emotional development through tummy time and reading.

Our son is a ball of energy, slowly approaching 2. He’s very observant, inquisitive, and loves to exercise his independence. We need care for about 6 hours of the day being Mon-Fri 8am-2pm while I work from home. The expectation is to serve him meals/snacks throughout the day( they will more or less already be prepared), continue to work on developmental and physical growth based activities throughout the day, and assist in our potty training journey.
