A little bit about us

We have two young kids — our son Everett is 2 (born 9/18/21), and our daughter Stella is 8 months (born 4/19/23). I work full-time M-F (mostly from home, but sometimes at the office). My wife is a flight attendant currently on maternity leave, but will be returning to work at the end of April. The nature of her job creates some complications-- as her schedule varies month-to-month, but it's usually ~3 weekdays.
So our ideal situation would be for us to commit to a minimum of 3 days a week, but those days could vary (all weekdays). We would be able to inform you of specific days at the beginning of each month.
We understand that's tricky, so we would also consider Monday through Thursday for 8 hours a day.
