We are a faith-based family with four children—two boys and two girls—who are very close and raised as one loving unit. We believe in a structured, intentional approach to parenting rooted in Biblical principles. Prayer before meals and respectful communication are part of our daily routine. We do not allow tablet use during nanny care.
Purpose of the Role:
Support our family by providing structured educational support and care while allowing my wife to focus on work. This role includes reinforcing our Christian values, helping with learning, and keeping the children engaged in meaningful activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily learning activities in reading, writing, math, and phonics
• Incorporate Spanish or Mandarin language development (preferred)
• Encourage prayer before meals and model respectful, faith-based conduct
• Support daily routines and character-building habits
• Organize screen-free activities like crafts, board games, or music
• Assist with light snacks or meals if needed
What We’re Looking For:
• Faith-based caregiver who aligns with Christian values
• Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin (strongly preferred)
• Experience with early childhood education or homeschooling
• Calm, structured, and nurturing presence
• Comfortable managing multiple children with care and patience
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to complete certification
Bonus Qualities:
• Familiar with Bible-based curriculum or devotionals for children
• Can supervise swimming or lead light movement activities (not required)
• Flexible availability during school breaks or special events
