You will have to stay and care for two babies (one 3 yr old and one 2 yr old) at our home.
They attend day care so if you prefer you can take them to daycare every day (except wkd) which will give you your daytime free.
If you are interested, call me or text me please.

A little bit about us
My name is Lateefah Butts and I work from home. I am looking for a temporary Live-out nanny for my 2-year old daughter, Ava. She is very sweet, loves to laugh, play and she is in school school three times a week. Ava is used to being home with me and family most days. So needless to say that I am all she knows for the most part. I am looking for someone who is friendly and has lots of patience for toddlers. Someone who can do some light cleaning, meal preparation for Ava and baths sometimes. Also someone that can trust to watch my daughter at our home while I travel for business sometimes. I am hoping to find someone who can help with shopping when we go out and play time at the park, teach my daughter as well as travel with us if needed. I am looking for someone who has their own transportation, is reliable, has great time management and can produce proof of vaccination. A non smoker is a MUST. I would need someone at least three days out the week and some weekends but not every weekend. The hours would be 8:30 am- 5pm. Some days may be past 5pm but would be communicated prior. We look forward to meeting you soon!

Responsibilities (ideally):
Pick up kids from day care (10min away), feed kids, help tidy kids stuff & light house work, clean them up, change diaper ready to sleep. We understand not everything is possible but at bear minumum someone who knows how to be around kids, not give up when they say now, follow and take care of them like family
Additionally, during weekends look after kids for few hours to be agreed upon if your time permits. not a must.
Lastly, we basiclly need help with kids in the AM around 1hour and PM from 5-8pm. We have an additional room and my husband only visits once every two weeks during the weekend. If you like and we can make an arrangement that is good for you and us, we can give you a room for yourself..

A little bit about us
We would love to find a nanny share with another family if possible. We are open to joining a family that already has a nanny, have a family join ours once we find one, or jointly finding a nanny together!
I expect to work from home 3 days a week at least, and would entertain hosting at my house if it makes sense.
We are new at this process so open to any feedback or interest! Thanks!
