Some english is requested, but does not have to be perfect;). Hourse would be from about 8.30am - 6pm. Looking forward to hearing back.

My wife and I are looking for a long-term nanny for our three children.
We have three girls, ages 3, 1, and 1 month. Our oldest goes to school 5 days a week and our middle child goes to school 3 days a week, each from 8:30-2:30. We currently have help for the newborn and in-laws living with us, so there's flexibility and additional support.
Our current nanny - who has been with us for 3 years - got an unexpected coaching job offer and she is moving on to do that. We'd love to establish a new relationship with a child caregiver who would be open to staying on long-term as well.
Our ideal candidate is:
- Warm
- Loves children
- Values and is engaged in early childhood education
- Background in education is a strong positive, but not required
We are very flexible with most things. This can be live-in or live-out.
Thanks!
