Availability and flexibility is a must as my work schedule changes per week, so one week I may work Monday and Thursday and the next could be Tuesday and Friday. Alternatively, we could set up a Monday-Friday schedule if the carer prefers full work week.
Both children are mostly independent- they are able to grab their own snacks but need some help with beverages. Both children are able to choose and maintain their own activities but may require help getting something off of a shelf (often times they will grab a stool or chair unless it is beyond their reach). We do not do screen time, and prefer hands on or outdoor play.
My preschooler is still learning to potty train so you must be willing to help them take off their pull up, let them wipe, and put new pull up on. Just a heads up!

I'm looking for care for my 2 boys (one is almost 6 months and the other a little over 2.5 years).
Our family is in a unique situation. Our full time nanny is out on medical leave. She was hopeful to return early November but there are no guarantees, it most likely will be until the end of the year. We will find out this Tuesday what best case and worst case scenario are. We think we will hire someone based on worst case scenario since we don't want the stress of not having childcare anymore.
We got an interim nanny to work with us but she found a full time position and needs to leave us September 19 (earlier if we find childcare). So we’re looking for an interim nanny who would be willing to work a full time schedule. We’re flexible with hours. We live in North Andover, I also work in North Andover so my hours will be 7:30 to 4 but may change a little day to day. Ideal hours would likely be 7:15 to 4:15/4:30 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. After October, I will be working M, Tu, W, Th. My husband or his family could cover Fridays to be flexible for a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday schedule. The start time could also be moved to 8am.
On top of all of this, we are also considering hiring someone full time since we want to protect our kids (hate to do this when our nanny is hopeful coming back but we need to face reality that she may not be able to come back in full force on our timeline). At the end of the day, we’re open. If you are interested, let me know!

I’m looking for a part time mother’s helper. I have five children between the ages of 2-9. Of the five, three will be in school full time this fall and two will be in camp full time over the summer with one going half the time.
I am looking for someone with their own transportation, who has immense energy and is able to run errands and otherwise help with the care of my children.
I’m looking for a minimum of Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 8-1.
