A little bit about us
Our lively Jack, at 5.5 years, and our delightfully funny Calum, now venturing into his terrific twos, are the heartbeats of our home. Each day, they grace us with joy, and let's be honest, sometimes frustrations. We'd love to amplify their happiness by sharing it with someone who can add care, warmth, and perhaps a dash of humor to our days. The thought of embracing an au pair, who not only takes exemplary care of our sons, particularly Calum, but also delves into the cultural richness of this experience is exciting to all of us. We're looking forward to moments where we can collectively discover new languages, savor yummy dishes, and intertwine traditions from different worlds.
For us, family moments are sacred. While we juggle our many responsibilities in work and life, there's always an emphasis on compassion, honesty, and humor. These values guide our family and we're eager to welcome another member into our fold, who understand the importance of these values. Transitioning from the familiarity of your home to our spirited household might seem daunting, but rest assured, our primary goals are the well-being of our children and ensuring that you feel comfortable, and safe in our house and community. Just as you're here to care for our family, we're committed to caring for you, fostering an environment where you feel truly at home.
We'd be looking for someone who doesn't mind having a flexible schedule that's given within a week's notice but typically would be working ~30-32 hours, mostly weekdays, a few hours after school to help with homework, dinner, and bath, and the occasional weekend day/evening (1-2 per month).
