Someone who likes to baby wear, and has lots of experience doing so, and can structure activities for baby to grow independence and self confidence. Someone with early childhood education knowledge to know developmentally appropriate teachings. Knowledge and patience transitioning baby to a bottle or a cup, along with baby led weaning of pre selected foods. Has potty trained before (not any time soon but we anticipate our nanny will stay with us long term). Also does light housework like laundry, cleaning kitchen, tidying nursery etc. Looking forward to meeting you!
